The top floor of the monastic area is divided into three principal oblong rooms, with an additional area proposed for workshops and masterclasses.

Workshop / masterclass area

Approximately 66 m² could support activities such as woodworking, pottery, painting, glasswork, framing, masonry and photography.

The building has direct access to a large private courtyard and onward access to Rue du Bourg, offering a practical route for visitors and exhibitors.
